Regular visits are done between 7 AM & 10 PM
 

Reservations
Our office hours are 7 AM- 5 PM Monday through Friday. There is a $10 charge for reservations made with less than 48 hour notice. There is a $25 charge for same day reservations.

Payment For Services
Payment is due at the time of service. When I call to confirm your reservation I will let you know what your total is. We accept cash or check. There is a $25 handling charge for checks returned for any reason.

Refunds
We will credit your account if we are given at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. There are NO Refunds for holiday care over these holidays: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Keys
At Pets R Us, we understand the tremendous trust you impart to us when you leave your pets, home, and keys in our care. This is why we track our client's keys by a number system. Each client is assigned a number in our database that is specific to them. This system prevents anyone other than your sitter from linking the key to you. We have a two key policy: one for the sitter and one for me to keep at the office as a back up. If you would like your key returned after each job you must pay your sitter $10 to pick up the key and $10 to drop the key off. We do not allow clients to hide their keys in the yard for the sitter.

Vaccinations
We require that your pet be current on all of their shots. We will periodically check with your vet for an update on your pet's status. This is necessary to prevent the spread of contagious diseases from house to house. If your pet's health status has changed, please let us know as soon as possible.

Referral Bonus
We hope you will recommend us to friends, neighbors, and colleagues. If someone uses us based upon your referral, you will receive a free visit coupon valued at $15.

Miscellaneous
We can not accept a job if anyone else has access to your house aside from a maid service. This would void out our contract with you and we would not be held liable for anything.
100% of any gratuity goes to your sitter.
